We’re a mother and daughter on a perpetual journey of self-discovery.

Between the two of us, we’ve explored many different self-care modalities in search of transformational tools that fit into our daily life. We realized that over time, we had developed a uniquely supportive practice by following our intuition. Scratch the Deep combines everything that we’ve personally found to be most effective and rewarding, from a wide variety of mindfulness traditions. After testing and refining this method in the laboratory of our own lives, we now share it with YOU. Our deepest hope is that it will help remind you of your infinite potential.

In co-creating Scratch the Deep, Faith seeks to empower individuals to tap into their innate wisdom and discover the profound connections that exist within.

As two sensitive beings, we’ve always looked for effective ways to regulate the nervous system. We also both gravitate to using our hands to express emotion and move energy. You will notice these themes woven throughout Scratch the Deep.
