Between the two of us, we’ve explored many different self-care modalities in search of transformational tools that fit into our daily life. We realized that over time, we had developed a uniquely supportive practice by following our intuition. Scratch the Deep combines everything that we’ve personally found to be most effective and rewarding, from a wide variety of mindfulness traditions.
